Ilya Vaynshteyn brings 23 years of professional video production experience and over 10 years of marketing experience. He has worked with the local and global legal, medical, industrial, non-profit and government sectors organizations, among many others. Ilya takes great pride in working with clients on video projects of all sizes. He provides technical support and strategic consulting, while developing client-centric solutions. From script and shot list development to delivering the fully edited effective products, Ilya loves a challenge and delivers great results.

His technical skills include 4K camera operation; full end-to-end editing (and video encoding) in various professional non-linear editing suites; complete understanding of lighting and sound setup and design; multicamera switching and live streaming; talent acquisition and set design; podcast and webcast recording and production. 

Government Experience: GSA & FAA – Audio and Video Development: Ilya has completed over 50 videos, animated infographics, and GIFs covering the many products, services, tools, and events that are offered by GSA and FAA. Each video/visual enhancement involved close collaboration with Agency groups/categories, script development, creation of a graphics/animation package, sourcing narration talent, complete editing in Adobe Creative Suite, and delivery of each video in a digital file format (with closed-captioning). And he ensures Section 508 compliance.
